Refund & Returns Policy – Oldgelier

At Oldgelier, we pride ourselves on the quality of our craftsmanship. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist.

1. Your Right to Cancel (14-day Cooling-off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. You do not need to provide a reason for the cancellation. To exercise this right, please contact us at support@oldgelier.store.

2. Returns Process

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

3. Refund Timeline

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. This refund includes the cost of the standard delivery charge paid at the time of purchase. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

4. Faulty Goods (Short-term Right to Reject)

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your product is faulty, not as described, or does not fit its purpose, you have the right to request a repair, replacement, or a full refund within 30 days of purchase (the "short-term right to reject").
