Shipping Policy – Oldgelier

At Oldgelier, we ensure that our delivery process is as refined as our tailoring. We take full responsibility for the risk of loss or damage to the goods until they are physically received by you at your designated address.

1. Delivery Options

We are pleased to offer the following delivery methods for orders within the United Kingdom:

• Standard Delivery (Complimentary): Delivered within 5–12 working days.

• Express Delivery (Paid): Delivered within 5–8 working days. The cost for this expedited service is calculated at the checkout stage.

2. Delivery Timescales

While we endeavour to dispatch and deliver your items within the timescales provided above, please note that all delivery dates are estimates. In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if we are unable to deliver your order within 30 days, you are entitled to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

3. Risk of Loss

The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you once the goods are physically received by you or a person identified by you to take possession of the goods on your behalf.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification via email containing your tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
